The Youth In Me Ghana Awards (YIMGA) is pleased to share an important development in its journey to expand youth advocacy and global engagement.
Following productive conversations and a shared vision for youth empowerment, Jeffrey Nyarko has verbally expressed his willingness to collaborate with YIMGA in the capacity of Youth Advocacy & Global Impact Collaborator, pending final formal acceptance. This prospective collaboration is also aligned with his broader youth-focused initiatives, including his work with the AE Nyarko Foundation and global youth networks.

A Shared Vision for Youth Empowerment
YIMGA was founded on the mission of Celebrating the Brilliance of the Ghanaian Youth, while creating pathways for mentorship, leadership development, and international exposure. Jeffrey Nyarko’s work in youth advocacy and global youth engagement aligns strongly with this mission, making the collaboration a natural fit.
This prospective partnership reflects a mutual commitment to:
- Strengthening youth leadership and advocacy
- Expanding global visibility and opportunities for young people
- Promoting policy dialogue, capacity building, and meaningful youth participation
- Positioning YIMGA as a youth movement with both local and international impact

He is currently interning with the Content and Communications Department of the Africa Prosperity Network (APN), while also taking classes at the University of Ghana and NYU Accra. In addition, he serves as the Youth Leader of Chosen Generation Youth, a global faith-based youth movement dedicated to empowering young people in their Christian faith.
What This Collaboration Represents
If fully confirmed, Jeffrey Nyarko’s role as Youth Advocacy & Global Impact Collaborator will focus on supporting YIMGA’s broader advocacy goals, strengthening its international outlook, and connecting young talents within YIMGA to wider youth development networks.
This collaboration is expected to add strategic value to YIMGA’s programs, summits, and recognition platforms by reinforcing credibility, global relevance, and long-term impact.
