The Youth In Me Ghana Awards (YIMGA) proudly recognizes outstanding individuals and organizations whose work uplifts, protects, and empowers young women across Ghana and beyond. This honor, titled “Advocate for Young Women”, is awarded to those whose actions embody purpose, passion, and persistence in driving gender equity and youth empowerment.

Why This Recognition Matters

In a society where young women often face disproportionate challenges-ranging from access to education and healthcare to representation and leadership-advocates become bridges of change. They speak when others remain silent. They act when systems delay. They rise, and in doing so, they lift others with them.

At YIMGA, we believe advocacy is not just a voice, it is action. It is mentorship, policy change, community outreach, storytelling, entrepreneurship, education, and resilience.
